Troubleshooting Email Issues

If you did not receive your automated emails from WellEz please check the following items.

  • Is there a current report date created in your account? Be sure that users have not created a past report date or incorrect date by mistake. This will cause the emails to not be sent. WellEz can change report dates (within a job) if you email support@wellez.com
  • Is your distribution set up correctly? Under Admin Tools – Email Set up OR Well Level E-mail within your well please check that
    1. The distribution is checked as active
    2. You have a selection made for “Reports”
    3. You have a time entered under “AM Reports”
    4. The recipients emails are entered correctly
