If you did not receive your automated emails from WellEz please check the following items.
- Is there a current report date created in your account? Be sure that users have not created a past report date or incorrect date by mistake. This will cause the emails to not be sent. WellEz can change report dates (within a job) if you email email@example.com
- Is your distribution set up correctly? Under Admin Tools – Email Set up OR Well Level E-mail within your well please check that
- The distribution is checked as active
- You have a selection made for “Reports”
- You have a time entered under “AM Reports”
- The recipients emails are entered correctly
