How to Request a Change to a WellEz Report

Changes to reports must be approved by your Company Admin and will usually be applied by your WellEz Account Manager. If you do not know either of these you can submit your request to Support by emailing support@wellez.com or calling WellEz Support at 281-584-9200 (option 1).

 A few things to consider:

  1. Any change will affect all jobs that use this report
  2. Timelines
    1. Green Tab reports: 1 – 2 weeks depending on complexity
    2. Black Tab reports: 1 – 2 months depending on complexity
  3. What form/field is used to fill in this report change
