I Need to Move a Report Date

If you created a report date on the wrong date and need the date adjusted, you can do one of two things…

  1. Email support@wellez.com with the Well name, job name, and report date that needs to be moved along with the date that it needs to be moved to.
  2. Call WellEz Support at 281-584-9200 (option 1) and provide the details above to a WellEz support person.

 

If you created a report date on the wrong Well or Job…

  1. WellEz Support cannot move report dates from one well or one job to another. The report date must be re-created on the correct job and the data must be re-entered.
  2. Once the data has been re-entered on the correct report date. You can email support@wellez.com to have the duplicate report date deleted, or contact your company WellEz admin.
